The QPHC also outreaches to providers for medical record pursuit and retrieval. This position supports the L.A. Care medical groups by assisting with scheduling member appointments. While this role is a combination of remote and in office work, this role is intended to support L.A. Care medical groups by being embedded in the provider offices and providing direct outreach to L.A. Care members. The QPHC is an important member of L.A.
