This position manages relationships and strengthens linkages with community-based organizations and other advocacy organizations.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Duties</H2> </div><div><p><br> Ensures proper and timely handling and coordination of escalated members issues presented by community based organizations, advocacy groups, public agencies, regulators, and members.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maintains relationship and strengthens linkages with advocacy agencies, Regional Center, community-based organizations and other external agencies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Identifies systematic issues and works with other L.A. Care staff to develop solutions and education.</p> <p> </p> <p>Develops and delivers educational and outreach training presentations regarding L.A.
