What You’ll Do The Business Solutions Manager partners with process owners to identify challenges and opportunities, translate business needs into requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve supply chain results. Solutions may include process improvements, automation, analytics, and integration with platforms such as SAP and Salesforce. Job responsibilities also include ongoing database maintenance and ETL work to ensure data accuracy, usability, and stability for existing data environment. Success will be measured by improvements in supply chain business results. Performance Measurement, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Sourcing departments to define, develop, and integrate business solutions that support HMH’s objectives and key results.</li> <li
