<div align="center"> <table style="width:696.0px;border-style:hidden" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr style="height:200.55pt"> <td style="width:7.25in" valign="top"> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Onsite</p> <p><strong>Status Type: </strong>Full Time</p> <p><strong>Shift: </strong>2nd Shift (M-F 2:00PM-10:30PM EST) </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Required:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Must possess a valid and active Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana driver’s license</li> <li>Willing and able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical certification</li> <li>Comfortable driving a company box truck</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Preferred:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a GMP environment</li> <li>Experience using an ERP or WMS system</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word and Excel)</li> <li>Forklift and powered equipment experience</li> <li>Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience</li> <li>Shipping and receiving experience</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Skills & Competencies:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to drive company box truck</li> <li>Ability to use common tools and must be customer service oriented</li> <li>High energy level and willingness to engage in all-day physical labor</li> <li>Ability to perform constant inventory transactions in WMS system</li> <li>Competent with word processing and spreadsheets</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple activities at various stages at the same time</li> <li>Coordinate flow of materials for builds</li> <li>Ability to accurately count large quantities of material</li> <li>Ability to operate powered lift equipment</li> <li>Ability to achieve productivity goals and targets to meet department goals with guidance</li> <li>Ability to collaborate and maintain cooperative work relationships with others</li> <li>Ability to use your time productively at work</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment</li> <li>Ability to move up to 50 pounds, often</li> <li>Moving about quickly to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another</li> <li>Possess a valid and active Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana driver’s license</li> <li>Willing and able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical certification</li> <li>Comfortable driving a company box truck</li> <li>Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Follow Material Control QSP in the handling (labeling, storage location etc.) of all materials or components that are received, manufactured, and stored at Enable Injections Inc.</li> <li>Perform multiple steps in WMS to complete each inventory transaction</li> <li>Restock material returned to inventory</li> <li>Coordinate and stage kitted material per production orders for OBDD and OBDS assemblies</li> <li>Initiate, maintain, and complete all necessary paperwork in accordance with Quality System procedures</li> <li>Perform lot splitting of components for builds</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory for GMP parts, DEV parts and MRO items</li> <li>Backup other Supply Chain functions as needed</li> <li>Participate in external projects and stretch assignments as needed</li> <li>Perform receiving and shipping duties as needed</li> <li>Participate in annual inventory counts</li> <li>Perform daily/weekly cycle counts</li> <li>Generate multiple types of labeling for Warehousing needs</li> <li>Operate pallet-wrapping and banding machines as needed</li> <li>Execute palletization configurations to customer specific needs (includes banding, various types of labeling, wrapping, etc.)</li> <li>Restacking pallets and organizing inventory to maximize space</li> <li>Down stock MRO items for daily operations</li> <li>Report inventory discrepancies and assist in investigations and resolution</li> <li>Perform weekly cleaning of warehouse and supporting areas</li> <li>Assist in scrap and biohazard disposal as needed</li> <li>Assist with tours, site visits, audits as needed</li> <li>Complete and file forms with planning and quality departments as needed</li> <li>Transport goods safely and efficiently, often over long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations</li> <li>Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, report mechanical issues, and keep the truck clean and in good working order</li> <li>Secure cargo with ropes, chains, or covers; verify load accuracy; assist with loading and unloading if needed</li> <li>Maintain accurate logs of working hours, expenses, deliveries, and incidents as required by federal and state laws</li> <li>Report delays, incidents, or mechanical problems</li> <li>Plan routes, considering road restrictions, fuel stops, and legally required rest periods</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <p> </p>
