This role drives equipment reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement through ownership of TPM pillar activities, controlled documentation, and performance tracking systems such as L2L and Excel based reporting. Monitor compliance, communicate gaps, and coordinate with maintenance leads to ensure completion.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Standards Development: Create, revise, and control SOPs, one-point lessons, job aids, and maintenance standards.
