We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you… Depending on the assignment, our team members may do any of the following duties: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ability to handle materials such as wood, vinyl, metal, silicon, glass, etc.</li> <li>Operate both small and large machinery for door and window production.</li> <li>Assemble doors and windows on designated production lines</li> <li>Conduct quality inspections to ensure all products meet standards.</li> <li>Perform machining tasks for hardware installation.</li> <li>Prepare and handle materials for production processes.</li> <li>Stage and package finished products for shipment.</li> <li>Assist with general warehouse duties as required.</li> <li>Work overtime as needed to meet customer demands.</li> </ul> Job Requirements: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.</li> <li>Ability to follow safety guidelines and workplace protocols.</li> <li>Willingness to work in various environments, including hot, cold, or noisy conditions</li> <li>Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.</li> <li>Ability to operate basic hand tools or machinery (if applicable).</li> <li>Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure accurately.</li> <li>Basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions.</li> <li>Proficiency in English communication, including reading, writing, and/or speaking.</li> <li>Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without assistance.</li> <li>Ability to stand for the duration of shifts.</li> <li>Flexibility to bend as required during tasks.</li> <li>Previous experience in manual labor is preferred.</li> </ul> About JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.
