<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our growing team.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The FP&A Analyst supports the North America FP&A team by delivering accurate, timely financial analysis and recurring reporting that enables effective planning, forecasting, and performance management.This role works closely with senior FP&A team members, plant controllers, and cross-functional partners to execute standard FP&A processes, consolidate plant and functional inputs, and ensure data integrity across operational and commercial reporting.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>FP&A Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support monthly forecasting, quarterly outlook, and annual budgeting cycles using established models, templates, and standard work.</li> <li>Prepare standard management reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries for review by senior FP&A team members.</li> <li>Consolidate and validate financial data from plant controllers and functional partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for North America leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Business Partnering (Ops & Commercial)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Respond to defined analytical requests from Operations and Sales partners.</li> <li>Support analysis of volume, cost, productivity, and margin drivers using established frameworks.</li> <li>Develop foundational understanding of manufacturing and commercial performance drivers.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Process, Systems & Standard Work</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Follow FP&A standard work, SOPs, and reporting calendars.</li> <li>Maintain templates, trackers, and recurring reports.</li> <li>Use FP&A systems and tools (ERP, planning systems, BI tools) as designed.</li> <li>Identify data or process issues and escalate appropriately.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.</li> <li>2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar tools preferred.</li> <li>Manufacturing or operational finance exposure preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Behavioral Competencies</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.</li> <li>Developing professional judgment.</li> <li>Strong learning mindset and coachability.</li> <li>Collaborative and dependable team contributor.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-DB1</p></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>About JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. </b></span></span></span></p> <p><br> <span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.
