This role focuses on applying configuration management, requirements management, and verification & validation (V&V) principles across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and quality. You will coordinate and lead technical design activities across multi-disciplinary teams, driving successful project execution. You will report to the Supervisor, Systems Engineering & Requirement Management and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility on a hybrid basis. No relocation will be provided for this position. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> Implement and maintain integrated systems engineering processes and tools for assigned projects. </li> <li> Support configuration management and requirements management activities. </li> <li> Assist in verification and validation planning and execution. </li> <li> Prepare reports on design changes, metrics, and configuration control activities. </li> <li> Provide labor and cost estimates for project scopes. </li> <li> Facilitate technical discussions between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. </li> <li> Communicate analyses, results, and implementation plans effectively in both written and verbal formats. </li> <li> Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns and delivering solutions. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred). </li> <li> Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. </li> <li> Familiarity with complex I&C systems (preferred). </li> <li> Understanding of configuration management, requirements management, and V&V concepts (preferred). </li> <li> Knowledge of statistics and data analysis (preferred). </li> <li> Proficient with data entry and database management. </li> <li> Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate external support. </li> </ul> We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
