<p>BHI Energy is currently looking for a CCP Foreman at the Roxboro Fossil Plant, located in Roxboro, NC. This is a long-term position and does not pay any per diem or relocation fees. You will be responsible for day-to-day direction and supervision of work activities of direct reports within assigned areas.</p> <p>You will report onsite to the plant in Roxboro, NC.</p> <p> </p> <p>Specific Responsibilities –</p> <p>Specific job responsibilities and duties should include but not be limited to:</p> <p> </p> <p>Direct daily activities of assigned personnel</p> <p>Augment and support assigned personnel in areas requiring additional assistance and at times where work demand his higher than expected</p> <p>Conduct and document focused observations of work activities for safety and operational improvement opportunities</p> <p>Provide direct coordination between client personnel and work group to understand daily and weekly work scope</p> <p>All duties and responsibilities contained within Job Description for those personnel being supervised</p> <p>Notify management of need for repairs</p> <p> </p> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <p>Conduct and actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings</p> <p>Follow established safe work practices</p> <p>Use administrative documents, procedures, data sheets/forms properly</p> <p>Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary</p> <p>Capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p> </p> <p>Valid driver's license required</p> <p>High school diploma, GED or equivalent.</p> <p>Must be at least 18 years of age.</p> <p>Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.</p> <p>1 year foreman experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities</p> <p> </p> <p>We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
