As a project engineer here with us, your main responsibility is to support ongoing and future projects. In your role you will directly report to the head of department.</p> <p style="margin:9.0pt 0.0cm">You will report to the Project Director and be located at Mannheim.</p> <h3 style="margin:10.0pt 0.0cm 0.0cm"><a name="key-responsibilities"></a>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:2.4px"> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Initiate and plan a dismantling project from an engineering perspective.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Utilize and adapt existing technology from previous projects, in order to specify, design, manufacture and apply equipment.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Prepare product documentation in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, in order to facilitate the licensing process by the customer and the authorities.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Plan work in collaboration with the operations team, such that inefficiencies are reduced, and overall project performance is optimized. This includes development documentation for the field implementation, such as procedures.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Process and monitor changes following an integrated change control process.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Support the Project Manager in preparation project cost expenditure forecasts and progress evaluations/projections.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Support the Project Manager in project communications ensuring team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of status.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons, and risk avoidance for future work.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Interface to other support organization like Supply Chain Management incl. suppliers, Invoicing and Accounting departments, Sales, Quality etc.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.</li> </ul> <h3 style="margin:10.0pt 0.0cm 0.0cm"><a name="qualifications"></a>Qualifications:</h3> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:2.4px"> <li style="margin:1.8pt 0.0cm 1.8pt 0.0px;text-indent:8.4px">Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
