Job Responsibilities * <ul style="margin-bottom:13.0px"> <li>Serve as lead resource for the D&D Solutions business unit and be the primary financial interface to the Operations team. </li> <li>Support in the preparation and development of the Budget, including cost centers, G&A costs, labor rates and indirect product costs (IPC).</li> <li>Lead the monthly closing, forecasting and reporting processes. This includes identifying adjustment entries, analysis of financial results, variance analyses, business trends and the preparation of reports. </li> <li>Maintain flexible reporting and forecasting models in BPC and Excel.</li> <li>Assure the accuracy of the financial statements by working to resolve project issues in a timely basis. </li> <li>Attend Project Reviews and challenge estimate at completion (EAC), timing and revenue recognition updates and their financial impacts. </li> <li>Perform utilization and headcount analyses and forecasting to assess the need for labor rate updates.</li> <li>Drive enhancements in our financial processes.</li> </ul> Minimum Requirements (education, years of experience, certifications, etc.) * <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent. </li> <li>3-5 years finance-related experience</li> <li>Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, and FP&A concepts </li> <li>Experience in SAP, BPC, Business Warehouse</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint)</li> </ul> Why Westinghouse?
