Your role will involve close collaboration with our client. This is a full-time job.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will report to the Competency Management Manager and be located at the Nuclear Power Plant in Ascó. This is a hybrid position.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Main Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Support event analysis programs, identifying causes and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Analyze performance indicators to lead operations.</li> <li>Implement improvements based on operational experience, both internal and external.</li> <li>Enhance human-system interaction through applied human factors engineering.</li> <li>Participate in field activities and collaborate with diverse teams.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement processes of a major industrial client, integrating technical knowledge with performance improvement methodologies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Technical university degree (Engineering or related field.</li> <li>Interest and background in Human Factors.</li> <li>High level of spoken and written English.</li> <li>Willingness to work on-site and participate in field activities.</li> <li>1+ year of experience or knowledge of the nuclear sector and its technologies.</li> <li>Train in Occupational Risk Prevention</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking capabilities.</li> <li>Commitment to learning and development.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p><p> </p> <h3>Why Westinghouse?</h3> <p>We know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
