We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.</p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p>As an E&I Supervisor you will oversees electrical and instrumentation work, supporting maintenance and project delivery while ensuring of safety, reliability, and compliance.</p> <p>You will report to the Assistant Plant Manager and be located at Springfields Fuel Site.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <p>· Supervise and coordinate planned, preventative, corrective and reactive E&I maintenance activities.</p> <p>· Ensure maintenance is delivered in accordance with maintenance schedules, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>· Oversee calibration, fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of:</p> <p>o Electrical LV distribution systems</p> <p>o Control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA)</p> <p>o Instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, level, analysers etc)</p> <p>· Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records and asset management systems (e.g. Maximo).</p> <p>· Promote a strong nuclear safety culture within the team.</p> <p>· Lead and participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.</p> <p>· Ensure all personnel are competent, trained, and authorised for their roles.</p> <p>· Conduct performance reviews, mentoring and identify training and development needs.</p> <p>· Ensure adequate resources, tools, and spares are available.</p> <p>· Coordinate plant outages, shutdowns, and project installations.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <p>·Leadership skills.</p> <p>· Ability to work in high-integrity, safety-critical environments.</p> <p>· E&I background in industry to work towards a site electrical authorisation.</p> <p>· Technical expertise in:</p> <p>o Electrical systems and standards (e.g. BS 7671, IEC standards)</p> <p>o Control and instrumentation systems</p> <p>· Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks (COMAH, ONR, HSE).</p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p><p> </p> <h3>Why Westinghouse?</h3> <p>We know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
