The Project Controls Associate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. This role is focused on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization with strict adherence to established service level agreements. You will report to Project Controls Team Leader. This is a hybrid role. The team is working 2 days per week at the office. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update data in SAP PS system and other basing of experience • Complete ServiceNow generated tasks from Project Managers and other stakeholders in accordance with established team’s SLAs and KPIs • Review data entered to ensure data quality aligns with company standards. • Participate in data clean up initiatives to improve data quality and reporting • Identify data issues and drive data governance • Cooperate with the team on ad hoc projects as requested by team leaders. • Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Project Controllers, other stakeholders via email and video calls. • May work independently with general supervision Requirements: • B.A., B.S. in Business or Finance • At least 2 years of global experience • Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry • Excellent communication. Ability to operate effectively in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time and multi-task • Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness • Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines and be results oriented • Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to details • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations • Desired but not essential Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 7,333 to 9,133 PLN gross per month.
