This is a mobile position that is required on site at least 3 days per week. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li style="">Work closely with process/parts/manufacturing engineering and shop technicians to develop and maintain consistent, standardized BOMs and routings for electrical products that clearly define requirements including proper setup and configuration of work centers.</li> <li style="">Lead pre-job briefs with shop technicians to ensure routing operations are clearly understood and executable. Initiate amendments prior to the start of manufacturing activities.</li> <li style="">Lead post-job briefs with shop technicians to understand successes/difficulties encountered during manufacturing. Initiate amendments to BOMs/routings/drawings/procedures as required.</li> <li style="">Support the development of standard work instructions/operating procedures (SOPs), factory acceptance testing (FATs), commercial dedication instructions (CDIs), inspection practices, etc. for electrical products.</li> <li style="">Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives including enhancing breaker shop standard operating procedures and gathering feedback from shop technicians.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li style="">2+ years' experience in hands-on electrical product manufacturing role or related discipline required.</li> <li style="">Experience with SAP PP and QM modules.</li> <li style="">Experience interpreting product drawings, wiring diagrams and/or sketches.</li> <li style="">Experience with electrical hardware testing and inspection.</li> </ul> We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
