You will support both new development and legacy microprocessor-based Eagle Safety Systems used in nuclear power plant monitoring and control.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">You will report to the Eagle Supervisor, and will be based out of our New Stanton, PA location.</span></p> <p> </p> <h3><span style="">Key Responsibilities:</span></h3> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Lead and execute advanced hardware engineering design, analysis, and problem solving.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide technical leadership throughout design, development, training, and delivery of complex engineering solutions.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support and enhance legacy Eagle Safety Systems, including board and component level obsolescence mitigation.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, including remote support.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, contributing to team capability development.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Coordinate project efforts across multi-functional teams to ensure successful integration and delivery.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Manage complex technical projects: prepare technical descriptions, maintain schedules, direct resources, and oversee deliverables.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and review technical documentation for products and services.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Serve as lead technical problem solver for Eagle MultiBus Systems.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Create and refine procedures, processes, and methods to meet technical requirements.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Prepare and deliver presentations for project updates, issue resolution, and product promotion.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><span style="">Qualifications:</span></h3> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor's degree in Engineering required</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">7+ years of relevant experience</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Expertise in both digital and analog hardware design</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience with Altium schematic capture and layout</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and influence engineering teams</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="">We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
