You will report to the Senior Manager, Finance and be located at our Madison, PA or Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> Provide support to the operations Directors on financial reporting for revenue, cost of goods sold, direct gross margin and ad-hoc requests </li> <li> Analyze monthly results and prepare forecast for sales, cost of goods sold and direct gross margin </li> <li> Reconcile and forecast IPC / SG&A accounts monthly </li> <li> Reconcile balance sheet accounts </li> <li> Assure accuracy of financial results and resolve issues </li> <li> Support delivery of the annual business plan </li> <li> Maintain flexible reporting models in Excel, BPC, Business Warehouse </li> <li> Help develop detailed budgets and the calculation of labor rates for several Directors and Managers </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li> <li> 4+ years broad based finance and accounting experience </li> <li> Knowledge of accounting theory, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), internal control procedures, financial concepts and financial analysis and planning </li> <li> SAP, BP and Business Warehouse experience </li> </ul> We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
