You will be responsible for leadership and system delivery to Operating Plant Markets.</p> <p>You will report to the VP, GOS I&C Engineering and be located at our Warrendale, PA location. This is a hybrid role based in Warrendale.</p> <h3><a name="key-responsibilities"></a>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <p>Lead the global I&C Safety Systems Engineering organization in delivering products and solutions for operating fleet customers across Americas, EMEA and Asia.</p> <p>Champion deep engagement with global markets, ensuring customer needs and operating realities directly inform product strategies and solution design.</p> <p>Ensure Westinghouse maintains and strengthens its position as the industry's technical leader in safety systems.</p> <p>Build a global engineering workforce through structured training, development programs, and career growth pathways.</p> <p>Ensure resource allocation across concurrent complex projects, aligning talent and capabilities with business demand.</p> <p>Resource scope: 150+ engineers/technicians; 12+ management staff including senior managers/managers/supervisors.</p> <p>Grow the Global resource profile of Westinghouse subject matter expertise across teams located in USA, EMEA, Asia</p> <p>Reduce product and delivery costs through value engineering, lean methodologies, and process improvements.</p> <p>Develop standardized global processes and governance structures that inspire consistency, quality, and scalability.</p> <p>Use Advanced Automation tools to support the continuous improvement of the I&C design process and meet the required use, productivity and throughput improvements</p> <p>Accelerate innovation through strategic partnerships and internal R&D, promoting new technologies and value engineered solutions.</p> <p>Oversee product development programs that balance performance, cost, and lifecycle value. Improve programs to refine design, assembly, build and test processes and increase productivity.</p> <p>Use Advanced Automation tools to support the continuous improvement of the I&C portfolio products and solving customer challenges</p> <p>Lead development of engineering practices that mitigate technical and regulatory risk for Westinghouse and its customers.</p> <p>Ensure compliance with all applicable global safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</p> <h3><a name="qualifications"></a>Qualifications:</h3> <p>Bachelor's degree in engineering</p> <p>15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing complex engineering organizations, with backgrounds in instrumentation and control systems</p> <p>Expertise in estimating and implementing complex engineering programs</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to detect industry shifts and align product strategies to emerging market needs</p> <p>Record of driving organizational performance and results</p> <p>We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
