This includes capture planning, technical solution selection, costing and pricing, and negotiation with customers. The CSM grows our pipeline for all Canadian infrastructure projects in close coordination with Sales and Engineering. You will report to the Director, CANDU Engineering & Tooling and be located at one of our locations, which can be in Burlington, Peterborough or Kitchener, Ontario, Canada offices. This position will be offered as a hybrid role. Employees working in hybrid roles are expected to work onsite 2 days per week. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,000 to $163,000 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
