Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage our full recruitment & onboarding cycle, ensuring that we consistently meet our staffing requirements and acquire top talent for this sector of the Aramark business</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of Recruitment best practices, innovative thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box while completing projects in a timely and efficient manner using SAP Success Factors</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Implement overall recruiting strategy.</li> <li>Consult with managers to identify staff requirements and specific job objectives.</li> <li>In conjunction with the hiring manager write job descriptions.</li> <li>Post job descriptions on career websites, school and universities boards etc.</li> <li>Source candidates by using databases and social media.</li> <li>Evaluate and screen CVs and cover letters.</li> <li>Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.</li> <li>Support the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.</li> <li>Support where required in the conducting of interviews with the hiring manager.</li> <li>Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions.</li> <li>Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met.</li> <li>Continuous supervision of recruitment legislative requirements, such as right to work documentation.</li> <li>Maintain a complete record of interviews and other relevant paperwork.</li> <li>Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.</li> <li>Attend job fairs and careers events.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadlines.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices.</li> <li>Hands on experience with various selection processes.</li> <li>Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency based and behavioural).</li> <li>Familiarity with social media, especially Indeed.</li> <li>Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.</li> <li>Experience with SAP Success Factors or another HR system e.g. Workday, Core experience.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div></div>
