To provide solutions to the company requirements.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ol> <li>Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .</li> <li>Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .</li> <li>Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.</li> </ol> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ol> <li>Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.</li> <li>Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).</li> <li>Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.</li> <li>Use of measuring and control systems.</li> <li>Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.</li> <li>Data analysis driven.</li> <li>Sound judgment and creativity to make changes & negotiation skills.</li> <li>Mentoring & training.</li> <li>Microsoft office and CMMS maintenance system (IE.
