Provide work direction to employees in policies, procedures and safety regulations.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div>Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: <ol><li> Monitor the receiving, stocking, disbursement, and/or shipping of material, ensuring that all paperwork and system transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner .</li><li> Make high impact decisions effecting material flow (performance to schedule) and handling of high dollar inventory .</li><li> Establish priorities to ensure efficient operations; plans and assigns work, provides input about employee performance, recommends recognition, rewards, and disciplinary actions as required.</li><li> Train newly assigned personnel and retrains employees on all material handling procedures.
