The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for quoting, input and management of customer orders.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><i><b>What Will You Do?</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…<br>• Suggests and implements improvements in the sales administration process <br>• Implements the sales strategy of the organization within the inside sales team <br>• Works directly with end users, distributors, resellers, and agents regarding the sale of axial flow fans, fan parts, and air cooled heat exchanger parts <br>• Works as a conduit between the customer and fan engineering to address any issues relating to the equipment <br>• Responsible for providing customer support relating to the fan products <br>• Works with the customer and fan engineering to determine fan and fan part selection <br>• Works to support aftermarket sales on international quotations and projects <br>• Provides sales leads to Aftermarket Sales Team <br>• Follows-up and manages the sales orders through the internal Hudson process from order entry to shipment <br>• Ensures customer quotes are completed on timely basis and entered into Chart ERP system<br>• Works with Outside Sales and Aftermarket to manage customer relations <br>• Will manage large order projects, providing quotations to the customers, entering quotes, and updating statuses <br>• Driving critical projects to execution through collaboration with the production, warehouse & purchasing teams. <br>Other Activities: <br>• Coordinates department projects to meet deadlines <br>• Reports on sales metrics and monitors the team performance in accordance to production backlog. <br>• Any other responsibilities, as assigned </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>INTERACTION: <br>• Works with customers, operations team, warehouse team, scheduling & engineering in the execution of the sales orders and customer support regarding the products <br>WORKING CONDITIONS: <br>• Must be able to work inside & outside <br>REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE PLANT: <br>• Gasketed Safety Glasses <br>• Steel Toe Shoes <br>• Ear Plugs <br>• Hard Hat<br>• Gloves (when needed) <br>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: <br>• Walking <br>• Sitting <br>• Standing <br>• Using hands <br>• Bending <br>• Lifting </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Experience Should Be...</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in inside sales and/or relevant management experience<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel <br>• Proven work experience in managing a team, driving towards a defined goal with deliverables & accomplishments to share. <br>• Hands on experience with ERP systems<br>• In-depth knowledge of sales administration process </p> <p>Your Education Should Be…<br>Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or Equivalent work-related experience</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><i><b>Our Benefits Package...</b></i></H2> </div><div></div></div></div>
