The candidate should have hands-on experience in finite element analysis (FEA), ASME codes, structural integrity assessment, and pressure equipment design validation.</p> <h2 style="margin:10.0pt 0.0in 0.0in;line-height:115%;font-size:13.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:#4f81bd">Key Responsibilities:</h2> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Perform finite element analysis for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and related mechanical equipment.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Carry out structural, thermal, fatigue, buckling, seismic, and vibration analysis.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Validate designs as per ASME Section VIII Div 1 & Div 2 standards.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Prepare analysis reports, stress calculations, and engineering documentation.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Support design optimization for weight reduction and cost improvement.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams for technical solutions.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Review fabrication drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations when required.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Support customer and third-party technical reviews.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Experience Should Be...</b></i></H2> </div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">5+ years of experience in pressure vessel, mobile or industrial equipment products.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Strong knowledge of pressure vessel design, FEA concepts, and stress analysis.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Hands-on experience in ANSYS mechanical and an added advantage to have experience in CFD and PV Elite/Nozzle PRO.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div 1 & Div 2.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Experience in linear and nonlinear analysis, fatigue, and buckling analysis.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Good understanding of welding and fabrication practices.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif">Ability to interpret engineering drawings and codes.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
