<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><i><b>Ensuring Chart’s Success…</b></i></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><i><b>What Will You Do?</b></i></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting, grit blasting, etc.) on metal or other surfaces to prepare for painting or coating</li> <li>Operate blasting equipment, including blast pots, hoses, nozzles, and air compressors</li> <li>Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure proper preparation and cleanliness</li> <li>Follow specifications for surface profile and cleanliness standards</li> <li>Prep units prior to painting using a blasting booth, spray paint application and other hand preparation methods</li> <li>Work closely with painters and production team to meet deadlines and quality standards</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of assigned work area</li> <li>Performs other work as assigned</li> <li>Complete and follow all safety procedures and policies</li> <li>Complete company provided training to effectively perform required job responsibilities</li> <li>Overtime, when required, which may include weekends</li> <li>Performs all tasks to ISO standards and requirements</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…</b></i></H2> </div><div><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
