Howden’s core focus is on providing quality solutions for air and gas handling, and have over a century of experience in doing so.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>What Will You Do?</b></i></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal"> <li>Servicing <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Undertake servicing in terms of customer planned maintenance contracts</li> <li>Prepare detail planning and schedule</li> <li>Disassemble and check equipment: Reciprocating compressor, Screw Compressor and Fan</li> <li>Carry out required maintenance checks and repair activities</li> <li>Assemble and test run compressor equipment</li> <li>Put the equipment back in operation</li> <li>Produce daily and project reports of work done in order to comply with the Service Level Agreement to Manage daily communication and management with clients</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="2"> <li>Installation and Commissioning of New Compressor Installations <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Supervise the installation, commissioning and start-up of big heavy duty compressor equipment and lead a group of technicians at site.</li> <li>Prepare planning schedules, update them periodically and have periodical progress meetings with customer representatives.</li> <li>Prepare and communicate daily/weekly reports including measurements sheets and complete and comprehensive project report at the end of the I&C project.</li> <li>Ensure the machine is ready for full production service.</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="3"> <li>Site/Project Management <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Manage contract staff, liaise with client representative/s, budget management, maintain schedules including progress reports, QHSE management, quality control management, equipment management and accommodation management to ensure acceptable results for Howden and the Clients.</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="4"> <li>Troubleshooting <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Carry out detailed machinery analysis, interpret results and liaise with Howden engineering department on how to most efficiently resolve customer problems.</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="6"> <li>Legal, Health and Safety <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Take all reasonable care for own personal health and safety, as well as for that of everyone who may be affected by your action in your workplace.</li> <li>Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you performing your duties</li> </ol> </li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>Your work location is in Indonesia </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Experience Should Be...</b></i></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Technical higher professional education program, for example Diploma (Mechanical or Marine Engineering).</li> <li>At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical work.</li> <li>Knowledge in overhauling reciprocating compressors is essential</li> <li>Additional knowledge such as overhauling screw compressor, blowers and fans will be advantageous.</li> <li>Good general knowledge of maintenance concepts of compressor and fan components.</li> <li>Able to produce report in good standard English</li> <li>Spoken English should be of a high standard.</li> <li>Good <strong>Inter-personal</strong> skill to communicate with clients and co-workers.</li> <li>Enjoys working independently ,but must also be able to work comfortably as part of a team.</li> <li>Good spoken and written communication skills.</li> <li>Customer-orientation with a commercial attitude, <strong>sense of responsibility</strong>, inner drive, tact.</li> <li>Ability to cope with stress.</li> <li>Capacity to think analytically</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>Our Benefits Package...</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>Howden provides a great benefits package in addition to an attractive salary.
