Prepares reports on complex warranty data and tracks project updates to completion. Provides technical expertise to warranty technicians and resents counter measures of warranty issues to senior management.</strong></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You will do this by</H2> </div><div><ol> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Develops engineering specifications and processes on dissembling and analyzing packs.</b></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Develops engineering and test station specifications and processes to analyze warranty packs, and to process refurbish returned packs into functionable service packs.</b></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Leads root cause analysis and countermeasure solutions through analyzing complex warranty trend data and the use of central engineering teams.</b></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Provides warranty and service history feedback to new product engineering teams</b></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Leads Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities</b></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Provides expertise on claims data and recommends solutions to close the loop on confirmed corrective actions of quality issues</b></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Participates in and/or leads repair teams to resolve service issues</b></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f5e34fe2-7fff-e443-f81b-f4fc869e0b9d">Performs other duties as assigned</b></p> </li> </ol> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</strong></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>2 years experience working in a battery manufacturing environment</strong></li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8fb1a295-7fff-0487-bf6b-729d7d01f7fc">Advanced knowledge of problem analysis techniques</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8fb1a295-7fff-0487-bf6b-729d7d01f7fc">Advanced mechanical and electrical engineering skills</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8fb1a295-7fff-0487-bf6b-729d7d01f7fc">Advanced problem solving and analytical ability</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8fb1a295-7fff-0487-bf6b-729d7d01f7fc">Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse groups of people</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8fb1a295-7fff-0487-bf6b-729d7d01f7fc">Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location</strong></p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><div>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering</div></div></div></div><p>Warranty Engineer</p>
