Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieves the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ensures that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increases the company’s overall market share.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You will do this by</H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods</li> <li>Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities</li> <li>Ensures shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy</li> <li>Interfaces with customers to answer questions or solve problems</li> <li>Maintains items record, documents necessary information and utilizes reports to project warehouse status</li> <li>Identifies areas of improvement and establishes innovative or adjusts existing work procedures and practices</li> <li>Confers and coordinates activities with other department</li> <li>Recommends and enforces warehouse safety requirements</li> <li>Performs managerial responsibilities which may include: planning,assigning and directing work; interviewing, hiring and coaching employees; and managing performance</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> </ol> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High School Diploma</li> <li>Prior supervisory experience</li> <li>Three years warehouse or related experience</li> <li>Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques with the ability to direct and coordinate operations</li> <li>Knowledge of warehouse software packages and possess the ability to input, retrieve and analyze data</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Forklift experience preferred</li> <li>Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location</li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Supervisor Warehouse</p>
