<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Manufacturing Engineer IV</H2> </div><div><p>As a Manufacturing Engineer IV you will lead and perform engineering-related tasks working independently that are varied and very complex, which require troubleshooting, interpreting data and development of new methods or procedures for a variety of situations. Develops and implements new manufacturing processes for the purpose of reducing and controlling costs.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You will do this by</H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Leads a variety of engineering assignments to develop and implement production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in a cost efficient manner</li> <li>Provides liaison support between the engineering department and manufacturing</li> <li>Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications for sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related matters</li> <li>Monitors assigned operations to assure compliance with current project schedules and approved quality standards</li> <li>Leads proposals regarding the purchase or building of new equipment or modernization of existing production/processing equipment</li> <li>Recommends methods of manufacture during design of new products; recommends design modifications or process changes</li> <li>Works with customers and/or suppliers to determine application requirements</li> <li>Leads the install of new tools, fixtures, and equipment into the facility.</li> <li>Monitors and reports on facility metrics such as safety, quality, delivery cost</li> <li>Performs full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> </ol> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering</li> <li>Seven years of engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, practices and procedures engineering standards and systems</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing production/cell development</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret computer aided drawings and prints</li> <li>Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of people</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location</li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Manufacturing Engineer IV</p>
