Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Position Description</H2> </div><div><p>Performs a variety of basic welding in all positions to ensure components are being welded to engineered specifications.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Sets welding machine voltage and wire speed for proper fusion of metals following standard work methods and detailed drawings.</li> <li>Welds assemblies to engineering specifications</li> <li>Performs basic maintenance of welding equipment to ensure proper working order.</li> <li>Inspects weldments for obvious defects such as but not limited to: weld spatter, rough welds, missing welds and sharp corners/edges.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> </ol> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Skills Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Basic reading, writing and math skills.
