Originates complex ideas or projects and contributes to existing projects. Plans, conducts and directs research and/or development work with broad latitude on complex projects. Provides technical inspiration, leadership, and consultation to internal and external customers.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You will do this by</H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Initiates, evaluates progress and presents results of projects</li> <li>Provides technical inspiration, leadership, and consultation to professional co-workers</li> <li>Analyzes and develops solutions to engineering problems.</li> <li>Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures and provides advice on issues within the engineering field</li> <li>Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements.
