The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, applying advanced technical judgment to architect scalable data pipelines and platforms that impact multiple business units and utility commodities. This position is responsible for technical leadership without direct people management, including setting engineering standards, influencing solution design decisions, and guiding lower‑level engineers.
