Position Overview This employee will act as a working Crew Leader, responsible for overseeing and leading daily operations with the ability to perform Operations technician job duties as needed. In addition, the employee will be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring team members. The Crew Leader will ensure overall performance of the Operations Team to meet objectives for quality, safety, sanitation, GMPs, customer service, process reliability and will be involved in leading High Performance. Participates in cross functional problem-solving activities, updates, creates and audits S.O.P.s and recommends/provides process improvement solutions. Base Salary: $28.12-$42.19 Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current
