Responsibilities include developing new and alternative flavors and ingredients, supporting new product development for consumer business, improving product quality, and optimizing costs through CCI (Comprehensive Continuous Improvement) programs and DTV (Design to Value) principles. </span></p> <p style="text-align:justify;margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify;margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style=""><strong><span style="background-color:#fafafa">Key Responsibilties: </span></strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify;margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="background-color:#fafafa">To lead the CCI R&D product development initiatives collaborating within R&D product development team and cross functional teams in SEA.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify;margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="background-color:#fafafa">To lead new product development for Consumer business in SEA applying design to value principles and right the first time mindset.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify;margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="background-color:#fafafa">To support quality improvement of existing products, new and alternate supplier and raw material qualifications and specification development.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify;margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">To ensure project management is in placed on all projects by defining and assessing project requirements, designing and managing product development on time and in full.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:0.0in"><span style="">To support marketing and commercial team on all product development co-creation and request by our customers and distributors.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"><span style=""><strong>Desired Candidate Profile/ Minimum requirements: </strong></span></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">BSc in Food Science/Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food processing organization.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Mandatory experience within the flavour/ ingredients segment & developing seasonings/ coatings/ condiments.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Problem Solving: Interpret data, solve complex problems with incomplete information, manage risk in critical decisions.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Collaboration: Project management, interact, seek advice, teach, influence, negotiate, and influence across the organization.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Communication: Good written and verbal skills, excellent computer skills, ability to present technical topics and R&D capabilities.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:0.0in"> </p><p><span style="">Agencies: McCormick as needed will work with external recruitment vendors through our Agency Portal.
