It will serve as the Finance leader for the U.S. Consumer Americas Leadership Team to drive performance across the full P&L, provide timely analysis and insight, and ensure a strong controls environment for the region. Lead core commercial finance activities, including customer and business-unit reporting and analysis, pricing governance, trade spend management and effectiveness, portfolio optimization, and advertising and promotion investment. Provide Finance Supply Chain accountability through indirect reporting lines to ensure end-to-end performance management. Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning for the business, including acquisition due diligence and post-merger integration support.
