Location/Office Policy: Leopardstown, Dublin 18 - 3 days in office The Data Quality Lead is responsible for advancing AIB’s established data quality and control environment across the organisation. The role focuses on enhancing how data quality is measured, reported and governed — ensuring data remains reliable and fit for use in decision-making, regulatory reporting and risk management. Sitting within the Data & Analytics Office, the role operates across technology, data and business teams. You will support the continued embedding of practical, enterprise-wide data quality and data management standards, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen how data is created, moved and used within critical processes. This is a high-impact role with strong enterprise exposure, offering the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across AIB. You will help address complex data challenges and drive continuous improvement in how data is designed, managed and used at scale.
