Ensures safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of petroleum products while maintaining high service levels and controlling operating costs. Accountable for regulatory compliance, operational performance, and team leadership across all trucking functions.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Key activities include:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and supervise trucking supervisors, drivers, and dispatch personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee daily trucking operations, including scheduling, routing, dispatch coordination, and delivery execution.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, hazardous materials, and Company policies and procedures.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor Hours of Service (HOS), Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs), electronic logging systems, and required operational documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead incidents, accidents, and safety investigations, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee driver recruitment, onboarding, training, qualification, and ongoing development programs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Promote and enforce safe driving practices, hazard awareness, and a strong safety culture throughout the organization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee fleet preventive maintenance programs and coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor fleet availability and coordinate with dispatch operations to maintain service reliability and operational efficiency.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with internal departments to resolve delivery issues, operational concerns, and customer service matters.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage operational performance by monitoring productivity, cost control, service reliability, and overall fleet effectiveness.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Respond to operational incidents and provide leadership and decision-making support during emergency situations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide operational coverage and support for after-hours, weekends, holidays, and emergency business needs as required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful team environment that supports employee engagement and Company values.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrate and uphold Company Values, including Respect for Others, Integrity, Creative Collaboration, and Heart.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Note: This description is intended to give you a general overview of the position, additional responsibilities and opportunities may be identified based on current business needs.</span></p> <p><br><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Qualifications</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To meet the basic qualifications for employment, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
