The Opportunity <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Sr. Manager Retail, Construction & Maintenance at a growth-oriented downstream energy company</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Reporting to the Vice President of Retail, this role leads retail facilities, maintenance, construction, and asset reliability initiatives across Par Pacific’s retail fueling facilities and convenience stores</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">In support of our company mission, "Humbly Serving Communities," the Sr. Manager Retail, Construction & Maintenance oversees capital projects, maintenance programs, contractor performance, and facility improvements that support safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant retail operations</li> </ul> Key activities include: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ensure retail fueling facilities and convenience stores are maintained to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Develop and execute maintenance, capital investment, and asset management strategies that improve reliability, reduce costs, and extend asset life</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Maintain effective repair and maintenance programs, work order processes, and service programs to minimize equipment downtime and business disruption</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Lead facilities and construction staff, including coaching, development, performance oversight, and day-to-day direction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Manage third-party contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, contractor qualification, purchasing compliance, and adherence to company standards</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Conduct site inspections and audits to verify maintenance quality, contractor performance, contract compliance, and on-site safety practices</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Identify and execute sustaining and discretionary capital projects, including site assessments, budgeting, approvals, contractor coordination, and project delivery</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Prepare and manage annual maintenance and capital budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions as needed</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Provide training, guidance, and best practices to support proper utilization and maintenance of retail facility equipment by store personnel</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Work closely with Retail Operations, Procurement, Safety, Finance, contractors, and senior leadership to align facility strategies with business objectives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support environmental compliance, hazard mitigation, and remediation activities as required</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Respond to facility emergencies and critical operational needs, including after-hours support as needed</li> </ul> Note: This description is intended to give you a general overview of the position. Hiring Range The hiring range for this position is $99,133 to $148,699, plus discretionary bonus. The candidate selected will be placed according to their skills and qualifications.
