You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies</li> <li>Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals</li> <li>Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition</li> <li>Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols</li> <li>Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals</li> <li>Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards</li> <li>Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods</li> <li>Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What We Are Looking For:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred</li> <li>Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience</li> <li>Strong active listening, communication, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment</li> <li>Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership skills</li> <li>Proficient in business math (basic algebra, rate, ratio calculations)</li> <li>High integrity and ethical standards</li> <li>Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities</li> <li>Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse management software</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Pay and Perks:</H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $75,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience</li> <li><strong>Annual Performance Bonus:</strong> Target of 10% of base salary</li> <li><strong>Quarterly Incentive Program:</strong> Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance</li> <li><strong>Benefits</strong>: Tosca offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members.
