Responsibilities include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues</p> </li> <li> <p>Completing preventive maintenance and conducting inspections</p> </li> <li> <p>Supporting general facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and cleaning</p> </li> <li> <p>Partnering with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca safety protocols</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrating a strong working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures</p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What We Are Looking For:</H2> </div><div><p>We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
