We also offer:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>COVID clean facilities</li> <li>Pay Rate of $19.00/hour plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts </li> <li>Daily Pay option</li> <li>Opportunity for promotion after 60 days</li> <li>Paid holidays, gap holidays, paid time off (PTO), paid maternity and paternity leave </li> <li>Medical, vision, short-term disability, dental, a health reimbursement account (HSA), a flexible spending account (FSA), an employee assistance program (EAP), a 401(k) plan with a 6% match with immediate vesting, a fitness reimbursement program, education reimbursements, referral incentives, performance recognition, company parties, and more.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>The General Production role works on the front line to ensure the ongoing processing of our reusable containers in regards to quality, quantity, and food safety.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Load handheld Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) onto the production line for sanitation processing </li> <li>Inspect RPCs for quality and remove any waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-Tosca RPCs from incoming inventory before sanitation </li> <li>Monitor processing of RPC’s through the line and adjust input or output as needed to maximize throughput </li> <li>Unload handheld Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) from the end of the production line and inspect for high-quality standards </li> <li>Once sanitized, sort containers coming off of the process line based on size and type and ensure the finished product is stacked neatly </li> <li>Repair damaged RPC’s as appropriate </li> <li>Monitor and inspect supplies or materials used for processing </li> <li>Demonstrate good understanding and compliance with all the GMP standards </li> <li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment; sanitize production line as appropriate </li> <li>Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them </li> <li>Perform other related duties and assignments as required within the plant </li> </ul> <p> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li> <li>Must understand and operate automated machinery – touchscreen and switch panels </li> <li>Individual needs to understand written instructions – quality, machine work instructions, etc. </li> <li>Must be able to operate in alignment with safety functions - Lockout/Tag-out, Chemical Handling, etc. </li> <li>Must be able to understand and comply with company and service center rules/policies </li> <li>Ability to work occasional flexible hours and overtime based on company/volume needs</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Work Schedule</b></H2> </div><div><p>All shifts </p></div></div></div>
