As a Business Analyst specializing in nCino, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the nCino platform, enabling the organization to optimize its banking operations and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to nCino implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations. Develop detailed specifications and functional designs for nCino workflows, applications, and reports. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and improve alignment. Support the testing process, ensuring that all requirements are met and that solutions perform as expected. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their effective use of the nCino platform. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and nCino enhancements to inform business strategy.
Requirements
Role description: The nCino Business Analyst translates business needs into clear functional requirements and nCino configurations for corporate credit, bank assisted lending and collateral processes.
• Key responsibilities
Analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional designs and user stories aligned to nCino.
Advise on best practice process design using standard nCino functionality.
Support backlog refinement, testing and defect resolution
Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design and delivered outcomes.
Required experience
• Experience as a business analyst in banking (corporate banking or lending experience is a must).
• Knowledge of corporate lending and or collateral processes.
• Experience with nCino and Salesforce or similar credit platforms, where nCino certification is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
