ERP & Business Systems
Support IFS development, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
Assist with enhancements and issue resolution across ERP-related workflows
Coordinate application changes with business users and IT leadership
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with the client’s IT/IS team on prioritization and solution design
Document integrations, workflows, and application configurations
Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives related to applications and automation
Requirements
Experience supporting or developing within IFS
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based teams
Nice to Have
Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Exposure to business process automation initiatives
Familiarity with application integration best practices and documentation standards
