RoleWe are looking for a reliable and motivated employee to support our Accounts Payable processes. Junior AP Accountant will be responsible for data maintenance, expenses / invoices processing, outgoing payments and assist in other accounting activities upon necessity. We are seeking a motivated candidate with analytical skills open for new challenges in a specific legal industry.
ResponsibilitiesAdministration, verification and posting expenses and invoices according to internal procedures and local requirementsHandling expenses / invoices related queries - external and internal vendorSupplier Master Data maintenanceOutgoing paymentsRelated accounting reportingClose cooperation with local entities and other finance teamsAccuracy and service quality Other day-to-day tasks assistanceRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other related discipline is nice to haveAt least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable is nice to haveAttention to detail and analytical skillsPositive team player attitudeStrong communications skillsEnglish language knowledge B2Benefits
