Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Billing Specialist to join our fast-growing Billing and Collections team. Reporting to our Billing Manager, you will be supporting the team on financial business operations, with a key focus on the calculation of monthly fees.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly fees (Collect and analyze data for monthly assessment)Monthly invoicing (Calculate and send invoices)Merchant daily correspondence (Handle internal and clients' emails in a timely manner)System updating and checking for feesDatabase maintenance (Ensure that different data types are updated accurately and timely in our database)
Qualifications:
University diploma (Finance/Economics degree)2+ years of experience in a similar positionFluent in English and GreekExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage deadlinesProblem-solving and analytical skillsStrong computer skillsOrganizational skillsExcellent communication and collaborative skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team
