A dynamic, church-focused website builder specializing in web management and design solutions is seeking an Administrative Virtual Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks and support smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will support the team with general admin tasks, keep records and processes up to date, organize files, and assist with basic coordination and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support such as email management, data entry, and file organizationHelp create and manage tickets on the builds board in AsanaPrepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and trackersHandle document preparation, formatting, and basic research tasksAssist with internal coordination and follow-ups with team membersMaintain accurate records and ensure information is properly documentedSupport basic process improvements and workflow organizationPerform other administrative tasks as assignedRequirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsVery good written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft OfficeBasic knowledge of task management or CRM tools is a plusFamiliarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Intercom, etc.)Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, as this role may occasionally involve support-style communication with customersComfortable working independently in a remote environment
