<div id="tor__fextListingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__fextListingLayout_content"> <p><span><strong>PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>The purpose for this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>Responsible for assisting with operations at retail supply location.</p> <p> </p> <p>Follows maintenance schedule of facility and equipment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Assists with inventory and distribution of products.</p> <p> </p> <p>Drives and delivers miscellaneous products as requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stocks and moves warehouse product and material.</p> <p> </p> <p>Assists both full-time and part-time operations personnel.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maintains the facility, equipment, and company image.</p> <p> </p> <p>Assists in obtaining goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Provides excellent customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Works with location manager on all safety and compliance issues.</p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Demonstrates the FS Way Standards: Trust, Responsiveness, Excellence, Expertise and Solution Focused.</p> <p> </p> <p>May be required to drive and run local errands as needed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Performs all other duties as assigned.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.</p> <p> </p> <p>Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must be willing to obtain and maintain a forklift certificate and a CDL.</p> <p> </p> <p>Occasionally exposed or required to:</p> <p>· Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)</p> <p>· Noisy conditions</p> <p>· Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, requiring utilization of appropriate safety measures</p> <p>· May be required to work at varying heights</p> <p>· Move up to 100 pounds</p> <p> </p> <p>Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.</p> </div> </div> <table width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p>
