PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Assist in completing construction and other tasks in a safe and productive manner while providing a positive construction experience for our patrons. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Practice proper construction methods with on the job training Ability to properly use hand and power tools, climb ladders, and measure and square projects without direct supervision in the construction of commercial or farm buildings and/or grain systems. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 year or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of construction skills. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
