Under the direction of the Scale Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing scale operations at different locations, ensuring accurate processing of inbound, outbound, and transfer tickets, and providing excellent customer service at the elevator. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to troubleshoot errors, and effective communication with various departments.</span></p> <p style="line-height:normal;margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"> </p> <p style="line-height:normal;margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><strong><span style="Times New Roman', serif">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px" type="disc"> <li style="line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt"><span style="Times New Roman', serif">Operate all aspects of the scale, including weighing and grading of inbound, outbound, and transfer loads.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt"><span style="Times New Roman', serif">Ensure accurate documentation of weights, grades, accounts, and freight charges.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt"><span style="Times New Roman', serif">Travel to FS locations based on daily needs.
