Credence is seeking an Integration Support Manager to support the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC) at Vandenberg SFB. This position provides critical mission integration, operational coordination, and cross‑functional support to Space Delta 5. The Integration Support Manager enables mission readiness by synchronizing activities, stakeholders, processes, and operational objectives across the CSpOC enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate integration of mission capabilities, activities, and processes across the unit, headquarters, and acquisition organizationsMaintain and manage a comprehensive mission capabilities listing and its supporting informationServe as a primary liaison between Space Force operators, acquisition program leadership, and technical partnersSupport daily operational rhythm, mission planning, and workflow alignment surrounding various mission capabilitiesIdentify and resolve integration challenges, escalating issues as needed to ensure mission continuityProvide support to any testing activity surrounding CSpOC mission capabilitiesFacilitate communication and tasking flow among military, civilian, and contractor personnelSupport onboarding and assimilation of new mission capability entering the operational environmentMaintain awareness of mission objectives, operational constraints, acquisition programs impacting the unit, and interdependent activitiesProvide support to sustainment actions and activity surrounding CSpOC mission capabilitiesRequirements
Active TS/SCI clearance is requiredExperience supporting DoD, Space Force, or Joint operational environmentsBackground in operations, maintenance, mission integration, acquisition, ops support, or cross‑functional coordinationStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑engagement skillsAbility to work within classified environments and coordinate across secure facilitiesPrior exposure to CSpOC, US Space Forces-Space (S4S), space operations, acquisitions, or related mission areas strongly preferred
